He advises corporates, business groups, NRIs, professionals, and growth-focused enterprises on complex domestic and international tax, regulatory, and business structuring matters across India, UK, USA, and UAE. His strength lies in combining deep technical taxation expertise with strategic commercial insight, helping businesses make practical, globally aligned decisions for sustainable expansion and operational scalability.
His professional experience includes international tax advisory, DTAA interpretation, cross-border transaction structuring, FEMA advisory, income tax assessments, appellate matters, overseas investment advisory, and leadership-level financial and operational consulting.
Beyond professional practice, he has held several distinguished leadership roles within the accounting fraternity, including serving as Chairman of Anand Branch of WIRC of ICAI (2022–23), under whose leadership the branch secured Best Branch (1st Rank) at Regional Level, while Anand WICASA achieved 1st Rank at both Regional and National Levels. He also served as Chairman of WICASA Anand Branch (2021–22).
He currently serves as a Member of the Advisory Board of the Startup & Entrepreneurship Council at Sardar Patel University and as a Finance Expert on the SSIP Committee at Anand Pharmacy College, reflecting his active contribution towards entrepreneurship, finance, and institutional development.
